How do I select my size?

A detailed size chart is given under each product along with the product description & care. We request you to take your own sweet time & read it thoroughly before ordering.

I just placed my order. When will I receive it?

All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days and will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of shipping. As per the given current situation this may vary but we are trying our best to deliver the product in time. In case there is a further delay in shipping our team will notify you immediately. How can I track my order?

As a small startup company, we currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website, we request you to wait until the above mentioned timeline for your parcel but if it’s delayed beyond the given time or if your enquiry is urgent, easiest way to reach us is through our chat option on the page from MON-SAT 11AM-7PM ONLY. You can also get in touch with one of our team members through email on  Due to limited staff, sometimes there might be a delay in response from our side but we will make sure to answer all your queries. You are important to us!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE. Currently our website only has the provision for order placement for India. We take orders manually for other countries on WhatsApp, you can also DM us on instagram to place your orders.

I have received part shipment, when will I get my other products?

Receiving a parcel is like receiving a birthday gift! We want you to indulge in our products as soon as possible so we ship our products within 2-4 business days from the date of order. We try our best to deliver your entire order in one go but in case there is a delay or a two part shipment please feel free to contact us and we promise to help you out!

I want to change my address/size/phone number for an existing pending order. Who should I contact?

Please email on with the subject “Help for (order number + changes)” and we’d be happy to assist you in making the changes. To get a faster response you can also use the chat option from our website from MON-SAT 11AM-7PM ONLY. We request you to place your order with due diligence as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE/NO RETURN POLICY.

Do you customize or do alterations in the product?

We tend to make our products in standard sizes, however if you need minor alterations or customizations, we do provide those services for a minimal fee. For further information on this please contact us.

I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?

Sleepy Snugglez does not offer cancellation services once the order is placed and the payment is done. However, in an unforeseen circumstance you can contact our team and we will make sure to help you out!
